Best Practices
Interscroller is a powerful, non-intrusive & full-screen mobile format. The chatbot is best used for engagement and brand awareness, but can be custom tailored to any KPI.
Chatbot
Chatbots are custom, interactive conversational ad formats that drive engagement through pre-determined paths based off of campaign goals. These are a high-impact solution for reaching consumers through natural conversation, regardless of industry or KPI. MiQ Creative will walk you through the Chatbot conversation path creation, as well as custom design and development!
Copy
We suggest using as little text as possible to allow your branding, imagery and video to shine. Keep copy as close to the following suggestions:
- Headline (100 characters)
- Additional copy (100 characters)
If you would like to include more text than suggested, consider animating to break up the content and allow the user to process smaller pieces of information, always ending with the CTA.
CTA
We recommend a CTA with no more than 20 characters and to keep the CTA visible at all times so the user is encouraged to click through.
Resizing
Our creative team can resize an existing 300×600 banner PSD into an Interscroller.
Designing within Safe Area
Keep all text, logos and CTAs within the safe zone, as to not be hidden by the required “advertisement” bars.
Chatbot Specifics
Text Reccomendations
About 125 charaters max for each bubble. We recommend 1-2 bubbles for every interaction.
Imagery
Background imagery should be kept as simple as possible as text overlays the canvas space.
Avatar
We recommend using a logo, brand mark or mascot as an avatar for the conversation.
Reporting
Individual button reporting is available by day and format.
Pixeling
We can place MiQ or client's pixels on each interaction. A unique pixel would need to be made for each event to be tracked individually in platform.
